Scope
We start with a discovery call to understand what you want to achieve with your assessment. You tell us what you need, who it's for, and how you’d like it to be structured, including questions, scoring, reporting, branding, etc. Our customer success team is very skilled in asking the right questions and challenging you on any potentially unforeseen issues in your planning to help you build an effective assessment.
Quote
Once we understand the scope, we’ll provide a clear, no-surprises quote. This includes building, design, logic setup, testing, and training. We can also bundle this with our report and results building services if desired.
Build
Once we have all the details, we get to work bringing your assessment to life. Our team will structure the assessment, add scoring, set up questions, and run any conditional logic or behind-the-scenes calculations so you don’t have to.
Design
Your brand matters when you are building an assessment. We’ll style your assessment to match your brand guidelines or mockups, making sure it looks polished, professional, and on-brand from start to finish.
Train
Once your assessment is ready, it’s time to train you up on how to send it, update it, change it, and manage responses when they come in. This is usually delivered over a couple of sessions, and there’s continuous support available thereafter.
